Key Responsibilities\nThe primary responsibilities of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist include:

- Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a virtual environment, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each client. \n
- Performing comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s goals and therapeutic needs. \n
- Collaborating closely with clients to track their progress towards therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment as needed. \n
- Providing culturally sensitive therapy that integrates evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various ages and backgrounds. Many of our clients face challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise in providing culturally competent care will be essential in ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected in their therapeutic journey.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California. \n
- A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. \n
- Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, showcasing an understanding of various cultural contexts and individual needs. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship. \n
- A commitment to ongoing professional development, including staying abreast of clinical best practices and attending relevant training sessions. \n
