Senior PM: Ground-Up Multi-Family Construction Lead

You will own the project from procurement through close-out, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are met. The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience on construction projects, hands-on bid leveling, trade scopes, A&E collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.
