Residential Specialist - 3rd Shift - Hilltop Recovery Residence Job Category : Residential Requisition Number : RESID002474 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location The pay range for this position is $20-$23.19 per hour. $2,000 sign‑on bonus Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay! As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals. To be successful in this role, you will have: A high school diploma or GED or preferably an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
