People Experience Partner - Human Resources

We’re seeking a People Experience Partner to lead HR efforts for our technical and business functions at our Novi, MI office. You’ll partner closely with managers and employees, guiding them through core HR processes, helping resolve issues, and shaping policies that support our people and align with our company goals. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:Provide advice and direction to managers on employee relations issues.Mediate and resolve sophisticated workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when vital.Performance Management:Support teams through the performance management process, including feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.Offer expert advice on addressing performance challenges and encouraging development.Ethics and Compliance:Lead investigations and resolutions of ethics complaints with confidentiality and integrity.Provide clear mentorship on ethical issues and ensure adherence to compliance policies.Employee Lifecycle Management:Lead onboarding and exit processes, conducting check-ins and exit interviews to improve engagement and retention strategies.Analyze employee feedback to identify and address trends impacting the workforce.HR Service Delivery and Policy Management:Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to increase efficiency.Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while communicating and training on HR policies.Who You Are:You relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, and cultures.
