Job Description

Attention: WE NEED CDL DRIVERS READY TO START TODAY!!

As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating vehicles and delivering general freight on local and regional routes. Working primarily as a solo driver, you will ensure compliance with safety regulations while managing your schedule within standard 9-5 hours. Utilizing GPS navigation and electronic logging devices, you will effectively track routes and maintain accurate logs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles on local and regional routes
Handle and secure general freight cargo to prevent damage
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and hours of service rules
Accurately maintain logs using electronic logging devices
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips
Communicate effectively regarding delivery status and any issues encountered
Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial driving
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Expertise in CDL driving and vehicle inspection
Knowledge of cargo securement and safety regulations
Strong time management and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
