PM Mechanic

Essential Functions Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings. Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other equipment at the facility as required. Lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment. Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely. Complete required daily paperwork and document parts and material usage. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Serve as a backup to production line worker when needed. Understand and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and safe machine operation. Use personal protective equipment where required. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment. 2 years of experience in position. No required experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education). Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs during the shift. Basic knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including HMI, work orders, etc. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Team members provide their own tools (except in California locations where tools are provided). Preferred Qualifications 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment. 4 years of experience in the position. 2 years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education). Education Minimum required: High School Diploma. Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Vocational Training (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics).
