General Manager

Responsibilities The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The General Manager works with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them. The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction. The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. Background in quick-service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
