Our projects include private commercial and industrial constructio n, ranging from ground-up builds to tenant improvements and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). We’re focused on quality clients and high-value work—not the race-to-the-bottom municipal bids. Candidates must be local or willing to commute regular ly. What You’ll Do WorkPrepare competitive estimates for private commercial and industrial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB)Perform accurate takeoffs and develop pricing proposals in response to RFPs Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to scope, qualify, and align bids Attend pre-bid site visits and walkthroughs when needed Identify value-engineering solutions that improve cost and constructability Support Project Execution Collaborate with project managers for a smooth handoff from preconstruction to build Attend weekly internal production meetings Maintain and grow relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors Who You Are You have: 3+ years of experience estimating commercial projects (TI, ground-up, PEMB, light industrial) A record of awarded bids and successful transitions to project management teams Strong tech skills (Bluebeam, Planswift, RedTeam, Excel, etc.) Either field experience or a deep understanding of constructability and phasing Your are: Honest, proactive, and detail-driven Organized and self-motivated—you manage deadlines and follow through A confident communicator with trade partners, clients, and team members Motivated by quality, collaboration, and building things that last What We Offer Base salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience). $300/month toward employee medical coverage Life insurance (with medical plan enrollment) IRA with company match after 1 year PTO: vacation, sick, and holiday pay Weekly production meetings with leadership Supportive, growth-minded culture with training opportunities Apply Today We’re not just looking for an estimator—we’re looking for a team member who takes pride in doing things the right way.
