Physical Therapist – Outpatient | Florence, SC We’re seeking a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Florence, SC clinic. This role is designed for clinicians who want to grow professionally, clinically, and as leaders. You’ll practice at a high clinical level while having the opportunity to: Develop a clinical niche or specialty (sports, spine, vestibular, dry needling, etc.) Grow into a Clinical Director role over time Or, for experienced leaders, step directly into a Clinic Director position This is an ideal role for a motivated PT who wants to deliver exceptional care today while building toward long-term career advancement. Schedule Four 9‑hour days (Monday–Thursday) One 4‑hour Friday Key Responsibilities Practice at the top of your license Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Deliver high-quality care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement-based interventions Educate patients to build confidence, engagement, and long-term success Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and support staff to ensure consistent, excellent care Maintain accurate, timely documentation (supported by AI-enabled tools to reduce admin time) Participate in mentorship, CE, and ongoing professional development For leadership-track clinicians: gradually take on mentorship, operations, and team development responsibilities Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active South Carolina PT license (or license-eligible) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Interest in specialization, professional growth, and leadership Leadership or mentorship experience preferred, but not required Benefits Competitive salary + performance incentives $1,500 annual CE allowance MedBridge subscription AI and ambient listening tools to streamline documentation Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with company match Clinical mentorship and leadership development Relocation assistance for qualified candidates What People Say About Working With Us “Everything is going well at my new job, and I’m learning a lot.
