Senior Manager - Controls Engineering

Senior Manager, Controls Engineering leads the design, standardization, and delivery of controls systems across data center projects in a full-time, salaried position. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain controls engineering standards and design guidelines across projects Oversee the design and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) Lead and mentor a team of controls engineers to ensure consistency and quality in engineering practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or Network Engineering; PE license preferred 8-12+ years of experience in controls engineering, particularly in data centers or large-scale facilities Strong expertise in BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls system integration Experience leading projects and managing engineering teams Familiarity with industry-standard controls platforms and communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus)
