Compliance Manager

The John Stewart Company

The John Stewart Company is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and implement regulatory compliance strategies for properties under federal, state, and local requirements. You will ensure resident files meet agency guidelines and support leasing staff with occupancy management. Responsibilities include conducting file audits, updating schedules, and training staff on HUD, CalHFA, HOME and related regulations, while maintaining accurate EIV reports and coordinating with regional offices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
