You will practice preventative and urgent care medicine, perform surgery and dentistry with structured support, and build meaningful relationships with clients — all while strengthening your diagnostic confidence and clinical decision-making. Role expectations Provide high-quality preventative and urgent care medicine with mentorship support Gradually build surgical and dental skills through guided, hands-on experience Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions Participate in collaborative case discussions with peers Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Embrace feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continual growth We believe in progressive independence — not sink-or-swim expectations.
