Medical Office Specialist

Hourly Wage Estimate: $15.86 – $22.99 per hour. Job Summary We are seeking a Medical Office Specialist to support front‑office operations at West Valley IM Clinic. The position is full‑time (Monday‑Friday) with no night, on‑call, weekend, or holiday shifts. Responsibilities Manage all front‑office functions including patient relations, check‑in/check‑out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones. Manage filing and retrieving medical records and patient information. Assist with collecting and recording co‑pays (cash and/or charge) and balancing the day in the computer. Qualifications One year of experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Experience using an EHR system is highly preferred.
