Debone Plant Supervisor

KOCH FOODS is seeking a Debone Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations in our poultry deboning department. This role oversees production lines, manages staffing and scheduling, and drives throughput, yield, and quality while maintaining strict food safety and USDA compliance. The supervisor champions a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, monitors KPIs, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates with maintenance, quality, and logistics. You will train and coach line leads and employees, enforce SOPs, and support operational excellence within a large, vertically integrated poultry manufacturer.
