Role Description The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO, the Office Manager coordinates administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and organizing office workflows. This role supports customer-facing activities by answering calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with service inquiries and appointment coordination. The Office Manager also manages office supplies and equipment, helps prepare basic reports, and collaborates with leadership and field teams to support business operations and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, recordkeeping, filing, and general office coordination. Experience with Customer Service, demonstrating professionalism, patience, and problem-solving when working with clients and vendors. Comfort working with Office Equipment and basic office technology, including computers, printers, phone systems, and standard office software. Relevant experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role; experience in a mechanical, construction, or service-based industry is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.
