Supportive Housing Program Resident Advisor - Grove Resource Center

SAFE Alliance seeks a SHP Resident Advisor for the Residential & Support Services program in the Perm/Supportive Housing & Rapid Rehousing department. The SHP Resident Advisor Document lease and/or rules violations in client files, shift notes, and provide timely documentation to Resident Services Manager. Coordinate the stocking and distribution of the SHP Food Pantry and the stocking and distribution of the SHP Basic Needs Closet. We are looking for 1 person to work on a Full-time, non-exempt basis for an hourly salaryof $20.00 to $24.00 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at theLancaster Shelter Campus in the Mueller Town Center District area.This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses and SOME travel in the community or between campuses with no ability for remote/hybrid work.Shift Specific: Tuesday-Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Employee Only: Health insurance, short-term disability, and life insurance are employer paid with an option to purchase additional dependent coverage. Eligibility for Paid time off accruals of up to 15 days a year prorated based on hire date and hours worked. 8 standard paid holidays throughout the year. Depending on your date of hire, up to 4 Personal Holidays are granted to use at your preference throughout the year. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. The ability to problem-solve and defuse crisis under pressure. Must have good organizational skills. Model being resilient by demonstrating coping skills and de-escalation techniques. Be capable of sitting and standing for extended periods of time, as well as be able to intermittently push, pull, or lift 50+lbs. of force. This position requires driving. You must have a valid, State of Texas Driver's License (If in possession of an out-of-state license, obtain a State of Texas Driver's License within 90 days of beginning employment.) AND at least three (3) consecutive years of driving experience OR one (1) year of driving experience if over 27 years of age AND an acceptable driving record that covers at least the last three years of driver history. Pass all required criminal history background checks (including an FBI fingerprint check if applicable), as well as a pre-employment drug screen and TB test, if applicable.
