Warehouse Associate – Pick & Pack

Location: Carol Stream, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates to join our team in Carol Stream, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift:

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $16.50/hour

Weekend Shift:

• Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Pay: $17.50/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately based on order sheets
• Use RF scanner to locate, verify, and track inventory
• Prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and correctness
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (not required)
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Ability to stand, walk long distances through out the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
