Shift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.
Job Order Details: Start Date 08/10/2026, End Date 11/09/2026, Duration 13 weeks.
Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00). Speech Language Pathologist - State License Required. Years of Experience: 5 years, prefer 2-5 years minimum. Unit Accepts First Time Travelers. No CF candidates.
Required Certifications: BLS, CCC-CLP, State Licensed.
Documentation System: Meditech. Preferred Community Hospital Experience. Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
Required Skills: CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Dysarthria, Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Compensatory Strategies, Modifying Diet Orders, Oral Motor, Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.
