Work Schedule :

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Work Itself As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to: Have hands on experience and project-based work Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting Lead an end of assignment presentation The Details: Internship Program Timing: May 21 – July 31, 2027 (tentative) 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days Project-based work Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing. Consumer Banking: Consumer Banking is all about the customer. For the Talent, Development & Engagement team our customer is the employee as we strive to develop and engage those who serve our customers daily. Intern Key Experiences: Learn about the Talent, Development & Engagement team and understand how we support business partners across Consumer Banking. Assist in building and maintaining program operations infrastructure, including tracking tools, communications, and materials that support a high-quality employee experience. Partner with HR and business line stakeholders to contribute to talent strategy projects, such as program support and engagement initiatives. The Skills You Bring

Required qualifications. Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future. A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred. Preferred qualifications. Communication skills

Base Pay Range $25.00 - $33.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
