Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Denver, Colorado, that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call .

Practice Overview:

Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
EMR: Allscripts
Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries

Position Details:

Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
12-15 patients per day
32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week (admin work can be done from home)
No Call
No Nights or Weekends

Compensation & Incentives:

Total Compensation: $350,000+
Sign on Bonus: $30,000 (negotiable)
Retention Bonus
Productivity Bonus
Partnership Track: Includes base + productivity + equity
