Join to apply for the Practice Coordinator- OB/GYN role at Mount Auburn Hospital Job Details Job Type: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: Day (United States of America) FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Description As a Practice Coordinator, you will: Lead daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and patient access. Coordinate staffing, including provider coverage, vacations, and staff schedules. Implement and monitor office policies and procedures in collaboration with management. Provide feedback on training, staffing, and process improvements. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and monitor invoices. Participate in training new staff and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor revenue cycle processes and respond to billing inquiries. Assist in budget management and analyze financial variances. Participate in staff and departmental meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of relevant medical office experience. Proficiency in medical assisting, with certifications or relevant education. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train and mentor staff. Experience with computer systems; EPIC experience is a plus. CPR certification required; phlebotomy skills are helpful.
