Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) In Northern Florida AreaCDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) based in the Northern Florida area who are willing to travel to Sanderson, FL, to provide healthcare services at a detention facility. This role will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities and helping licensed medical staff during clinical procedures. The position involves monitoring patient conditions, maintaining a safe and clean environment, facilitating patient mobility, and ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team to promote high-quality, compassionate care.Please note that this is not a travel assignment; local candidates based in Sanderson, Lake City, or Jacksonville are preferred.Essential Functions:Monitor and document vital signs, behavioral changes, and physical condition; promptly report concerns to nursing or medical staff.Assist with in-clinic patient transport, including moving individuals between exam rooms, infirmary beds, and procedure areas.Reposition patients in medical beds to prevent pressure injuries and promote comfort.Support patients under medical observation by providing supervised mobility assistance as part of recovery or treatment plans.Maintain infection control standards by routinely cleaning medical equipment and adhering to PPE and sanitation protocols.Assist licensed nursing staff during intake exams, sick call visits, and minor procedures by retrieving supplies and helping with patient positioning.Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.
