Operate as an effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. Manage detailed financial and credit-related work with accuracy, timeliness, and withing established guidelines. Support and adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Relationship Manager III is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial lending transactions while demonstrating advanced expertise in credit underwriting, deal structuring, and risk management. This role requires a consistent track record of strong production performance and the ability to manage a complex, high-value portfolio of client relationships. The Relationship Manager III serves as a mentor, contributes to overall team development, and maintains a strong external presence through an established referral network. This individual plays a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring sound credit practices and regulatory compliance. Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 9-12+ years of commercial banking or related financial services experience Demonstrated experience in commercial lending, business development, sales, and client relationship management Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills: MBA or advanced business-related degree 10+ years of commercial banking experience Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, and accounting principles Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements (including BSA/OFAC) Strong networking skills and community involvement Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately Ability to think logically and make sound decisions Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Capacity to work with multiple systems and software platforms We are a culture that believes that people are our greatest asset and are at the heart of everything we do.
