We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Full-time and part-time opportunities available on all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership

• Maintain accurate documentation and charting

• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing staff as needed

• Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and dependable work ethic
