ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative - Jenny Martin Insurance Agency, Inc. (Sales experience preferred). Seeking an energetic candidate interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

440 or 220 License REQUIRED
Proven track record of generating sales
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and non-verbal
