Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage an individual caseload of clients, developing rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries. \n
- Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and review treatment strategies, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate discharge planning. \n
- Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates, in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. \n
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals. \n
- Engage in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and case consultation. \n
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance client care and therapeutic outcomes. \n
- Maintain a positive growth mindset, remaining open to continuous learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of mental health care. \n
You will work with a diverse population of clients, spanning various ages and backgrounds. Our focus includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. A core part of your role will be to provide culturally competent care that respects the unique experiences and needs of each client, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities, diverse ethnic backgrounds, and veterans.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field. \n
- A current, unrestricted, independent license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n
- At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting. \n
- Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and telehealth platforms. \n
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a specific emphasis on assessment and treatment planning. \n

- Specific experience in conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. \n
- Experience collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment strategies. \n
- Familiarity with using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and telehealth technology to manage patient interactions effectively. \n
