Als stellv. Storemanager unterstützt du deinen STM und führst und trainierst Dein Team zum Unternehmenserfolg Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team den optimalen Kundenservice sicher Für die Erreichung des geplanten Umsatzes bist Du mit verantwortlich Du bist für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Shop mit verantwortlich Du sorgst für das optimale Warenmanagement und den sauberen Look Deines Stores Dein Team gewinnt mit deiner Hilfe neue Kunden und ihr pflegt bestehende Kundenbeziehungen Du agierst als Vorbild und kannst auch bei Abwesenheit des STM dein Team motivieren und Ergebnisse erreichenDAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossen kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Einzelhandel Du hast 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Einzelhandel mit erster Führungserfahrung Organisations-, Planungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gehören zu deinen Stärken Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil Du bist trendbewusst, kreativ und 100% Verkaufs - sowie kundenorientiert Fashion ist deine große Leidenschaft und Du begeisterst dich für die aktuellsten Trends In einer schnelllebigen Umgebung bleibst du stets ruhig und flexibelDAS ZEICHNET UNS AUS :
