Remote Epic Resolute HB Systems Analyst – Contract Opportunity

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 26 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

No Weekends

Required Qualifications:

Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED
BLS Certification (AHA)
Experience supporting, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications

Preferred Experience:

Proficiency with Epic HB General Ledger
Experience working with Collections Vendors
BA/BS in Information Systems or Business
Additional IT Certifications

Responsibilities:

Support and maintain Epic applications
Troubleshoot application issues and system failures
Participate in upgrades, testing, implementations, and maintenance
Develop and modify reports based on user needs
Monitor application performance and resolve issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with internal customers and IT teams
Ensure quality control before releases and enhancements

40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
26-Week Contract
