About the Role

The Gardens at Camp Hill is seeking an experienced and driven Admissions Director to support our skilled nursing operations in the Camp Hill area. This role will work closely with facility leadership to manage admissions, strengthen referral partnerships, and drive census growth.

We are looking for a dynamic professional who excels at building relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners while ensuring a seamless admissions experience for residents and their families.

• Monday - Friday

Position Overview

The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the entire referral and admissions process while serving as a key liaison between the facility and external healthcare partners. This role requires a balance of relationship-building, marketing, and operational execution to ensure consistent census growth and smooth resident transitions.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare partners
• Serve as the primary liaison between the facility and referral sources
• Review, manage, and convert incoming referrals into admissions
• Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to increase community awareness and referral volume
• Coordinate admissions with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams
• Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for residents and families
• Maintain accurate, timely completion of all admission documentation
• Track and communicate referral activity and census goals with leadership
• Represent the facility at hospital meetings, community events, and networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, admissions, or referral management required
• LPN preferred , but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Knowledge of long-term care admissions and referral networks preferred
