Driving traffic conversion for new home communities, the remote Arizona Licensed Sales Consultant will generate leads, manage customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless buying experience through the construction and closing process. Key responsibilities Generate new traffic to sales studios through networking and outreach to real estate agents Facilitate a smooth sales process by coordinating with builders, buyers, real estate agents, and lenders Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and closing goals Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in both inside and outside sales Must have a valid real estate license in Arizona High school diploma or GED Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
