Supervisor, Quality Disposition

Quality Disposition Supervisor Summary: The Quality Disposition Supervisor will be responsible for the disposition of intermediates, APIs and incoming materials. This role will require leading the team responsible for batch dispositions and lead site disposition reviews to meet supply commitments. Acts as primary gatekeeper for the disposition process at the site, ensuring batch record reviews are completed in a compliant manner, all deviations impacting the disposition are closed, QC data reviewed per procedures, all open change controls and CAPAs tied to the batch disposition are assessed and impact documented. Ensures breakdown/demand maintenance work orders impacting the batch are reviewed before disposition and quality impact assessment is documented. Key Responsibilities Act as point of contact for product disposition. Objectively and comprehensively review disposition packages and drive quality decisions based on data, technical rationale, data integrity, compliance. Ensure batch records thoroughly reviewed before product disposition to customer within established timelines. Close deviations, CAPAs, change controls and customer complaint investigations related to Curia New York client products. Interface with cross‑functional departments to resolve any batch record review comments. Serve as key contact for product disposition questions in customer audits and regulatory inspections. Act as subject‑matter expert for all quality issues related to batch release. Develop quality disposition and batch record reviewer qualification program. Create training feedback loop from batch record reviews with manufacturing and other cross‑functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in science or related field. Minimum 6 years GMP experience in FDA‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. Minimum 4 years experience in quality disposition reviews in a supervisory role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Background check, drug screen, occupational health screening required.
