An exciting chance to become part of a value-driven healthcare organization located in Nevada. We are currently in search of a board-certified MD or DO specializing in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics to enhance our team.

Our organization follows a value-based care approach that prioritizes preventive healthcare, chronic illness management, care coordination, and adherence to quality performance standards. Physicians work in an outpatient environment, supported by a multidisciplinary clinical team, with established workflows aimed at effective patient panel management and ensuring continuity of care.

• Manage a patient load of 10-15 individuals daily, primarily focusing on the geriatric demographic.
• Outpatient practice with a 4-day work week.
• Each provider is supported by 1-1.5 Medical Assistants.
• No on-call duties, evening shifts, or weekend work required.
• Attractive base salary of $300,000, along with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, continuing medical education time and allowance, plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus.
