This PartTime opportunity focuses on delivering one‑on‑one behavioral therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum in a home‑based setting. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one behavioral therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a home‑based setting. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by board‑certified behavior analysts (BCBAs). Collect and record data on client progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records. Develop and maintain a positive, supportive relationship with clients and their families. Collaborate with BCBAs to enhance treatment plans and address client needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy. Requirements Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred. PartTime availability with flexibility to work varying schedules. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
