Area Sales Manager | Gastroenterology (GI) Division

Castle Biosciences is seeking a high-performing Area Manager to drive adoption of our innovative diagnostic solutions within a defined territory (South Phoenix, AZ) . This individual will develop strategic customer relationships, expand account utilization, and achieve sales objectives while partnering with healthcare providers to improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals and grow market share.
\n
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans.
\n
• Expand adoption of Castle diagnostic testing across new and existing accounts.
\n
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and community practices.
\n
• Maintain expertise in disease states, clinical data, and competitive offerings.
\n
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer and business objectives.
\n
• Leverage educational programs and peer-to-peer initiatives to drive customer engagement.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Proven success in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology, gastroenterology, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
\n
• Experience promoting complex products and influencing clinical decision-makers.
\n
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and territory management skills.
\n
• Knowledge of oncology, rare disease, or molecular diagnostics preferred.
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
\n
• 5+ years of successful medical or diagnostics sales experience preferred.
\n
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory, including overnight travel as needed.
\n
