Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time
MLR is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing Home Health team. If you're passionate about improving lives through speech therapy and want to be part of a supportive, dynamic healthcare team, we want to hear from you!
SLP Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Nebraska
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment

SLP Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for patients referred by physicians or other sources
- Administer standardized tests and interpret results to assess communication skills
- Provide clear documentation and patient education, with recommendations based on assessments
- Create and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, documenting progress after each session
- Regularly communicate with physicians about patient progress and treatment outcomes
