Therapist - Social Worker

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and families in a specialized, drug-free facility. Ensure compliance with all clinical and licensing requirements while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to organizational policies, including nicotine testing protocols with positive results reviewed for prescribed nicotine patch use.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to occasional weekend needs to support patient and family requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California LCSW or LMFT license.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience providing therapy to children and families.
• Maintain current BLS certification through AHA.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Comply with all licensure and organizational standards.
