Meet established deadlines to ensure the facility has the necessary documents required to process orders for the stores serviced by this facility.What You Will DoActs as a top-level specialist to deliver technical support for the Distribution area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers. Executes tasks that may not be routine and are crucial to the progression and completion of technical support requests. Defines operations for terminal and computer to release waves, run reports, and print reports, distributes modern technology, and responds to customer queries. Designs systems to maintain computer room equipment, IT supply inventory, and label management. Delivers electronic equipment support and solves ticket issues. Assists in supporting network application software downtime and outage response. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Required Qualifications6+ months of experience in a warehouse or distribution centerMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsAbility to read, write, troubleshoot, and count accuratelyGood written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)Ability to operate various equipment including Computer Terminal, PC, HP Printers, and SATO PrintersProfessional telephone skillsAbility to maintain predictable and reliable attendanceYou should be comfortable working in warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment, and conveyorsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to use UPS machineEducationHigh School DiplomaAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
