ATTP Functional Lead (RISE/Upgrade)

- Lead functional design, implementation, and optimization for **ATTP-related programs and initiatives**.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document **functional requirements**.
- Translate business needs into **functional specifications and solution designs**.
- Act as the primary point of contact between **business, IT, and operations teams**.
- Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with **business processes and strategic objectives**.
- Provide guidance and oversight to functional teams, ensuring **high-quality deliverables**.
- Drive **solution validation, UAT support, and sign-offs** to ensure business readiness.
- Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend **improvements and optimizations**.
- Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure smooth **integration of functional components**.
- Support governance activities, including **status reporting, documentation, and compliance adherence**.
- Mentor team members and promote **best practices, standards, and continuous improvement**.


## **Qualifications & Experience**


- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **leading functional workstreams in large-scale transformation programs**.
- Strong knowledge of **business process design and system implementation**.
- Experience working in **cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments**.
