Founding Growth Marketer - Hands-On Leader

Thnks is seeking a Growth Marketer to own the growth engine, driving demand and conversion metrics across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. This is a founder-level role with hands-on accountability and no managing team yet. You will run LinkedIn, Meta, Google campaigns, craft onboarding and win-back flows in HubSpot, own SEO, set up tracking, build dashboards, and run experiments to prove impact.
