Overview We are Delmarva Bojos LLC, an independently owned and operated company with Bojangles. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated restaurant manager. Responsibilities Manage food and labor costs. Provide employee training and coaching. Implement company policies. Lead by example, motivate crew members, take initiative, and hold others and self accountable. Qualifications At least 1 year of management experience. Knowledge of food and customer service. Experience with inventory procedures. Experience training hourly staff. Must own a vehicle. Compensation & Benefits Current offer includes a $2,500 90-day hiring bonus. Location 13549 Carrollton Blvd., Carrollton, VA 23314. Application Information You will need to come into the restaurant to fill out an application.
