The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and passionate about preparing fresh, well-balanced meals while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen. Position Details: Position: Overnight Cook Schedule: Overnight shifts, with hours varying between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM Responsibilities: Prepare healthy, delicious meals for children and seniors Follow meal plans and dietary guidelines as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Properly store food and manage kitchen inventory Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications: Previous cooking experience required Experience preparing meals for children and/or elderly individuals is preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner Supervise and delegate tasks to other team member Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
