Due to their continued growth, they’re looking for a detail-oriented Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance and data. This person will own reporting and financial modeling, build dashboards that surface critical insights, and provide leadership with the numbers needed to make confident, data-driven decisions. This is a full time, permanent entry or junior level position on a remote basis. We are looking for someone with Excel expertise, SQL skills, and experience working with BI tools. Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar) that highlight key operational and financial metrics Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analysis Own financial models including budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, with reconciliations back to actuals Track budget vs. actuals and explain variances with clear, actionable insights Automate reporting for core business metrics like revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and cash flow Partner with leadership on board materials, investor updates, and strategic projects Collaborate with finance, operations, and growth teams to scope data needs for new initiatives Must-Have Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar Advanced Excel expertise Strong SQL skills (able to join large tables, create CTEs, and optimize queries for BigQuery) Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Comfortable with accounting fundamentals Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into a clear story Daily use of AI tools in your workflow is a plus Python experience for data wrangling is a bonus Nice to Have Skills Daily use of AI tools in your workflow is a plus Basic Python experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Unlimited PTO Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance, Accounting/Auditing, and Analyst Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Talently
