Job Title: Learning & Development Facilitator & Instructional Designer

Location: Boston, MA 02116

Duration: 09 Months contract

Pay Scale: $31 - $34.02/hr.

Job Description:

Facilitate instructor-led training programs in both in-person and virtual environments using established curricula and learning materials.
Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices.
Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Skillfully manage group dynamics and respond thoughtfully to challenging questions and sensitive discussions.
Design and develop learner-centered training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources.
Apply adult learning principles and established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate technical accuracy, and develop relevant instructional materials.
Provide observations and recommendations to program leaders regarding participant engagement and training effectiveness.
