Job Details: Starting Pay $18.80/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential Dumper Opr RE03 This position is accountable for monitoring product throughout the processing phase. Must maintain good communication with receiving/preparation, floor operators, grinding room, and loadout to coordinate equipment adjustments as needed. Responsible for the operation of computers that operate the facility. May be required to reset breakers, starters, and variable frequency drives. This person must be able to identify all motor controls or equipment and relay information to team member for correct lockout. Monitors controls, relays temps, gate positions, and speeds to Team members, operates computers, centrifuge/analysis machines, and basic hand tools. Reports any unsafe items to the supervisor, resets controls in motor control center, follows plant safety rules, performs QA/HACCP duties as assigned and communicates via two way radio. May be required to operate frontend loader or forklift and will be required to obtain certification to do so. Prefer a high school diploma or GED and knowledge/experience in receiving/preparation, floor operator/feather, feed, pet food, loadout, grinding room, and/or environmental.
