Working At Freudenberg: We Will Wow Your World!Provide skilled maintenance support to proactively identify and prevent failure points in operations equipment by interpreting operator feedback, understanding machine status indications and functions, and recommending action.Maintain, repair, and recommend upgrades for process equipment including blowers, chillers, compressors, boilers, various types of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, industrial HVAC systems, extruders, heaters, dehumidifiers, web conveying, winding, slitting, and other equipment.Demonstrated understanding of rotating equipment failure modes and maintenance techniques to identify, prevent and correct. Familiarity with best practices for lubrication, precision alignment & balancing, and proactive inspections to identify failures prior to failure itself.Contribute to improving our maintenance management system through Root Cause Analysis and resolving errors that occur with a preventive mindset.Collaborate as a multidisciplinary team member with electrical, process, and reliability colleagues to prioritize tasks and investments to meet operational needs and initiatives for an assigned area of the plant.Support and engage in our ISO/TS quality management system by maintaining equipment to a high standard of care and contributing feedback to the maintenance management system to prevent any deviations in critical-to-quality processes.Support maintaining plant utilities, including steam, compressed air, chilled water, cooling tower waters, exhaust fans, and associated equipment systems.Assist engineering in the design, installation, start up, shut down, and planned maintenance of new or modified equipment in accordance with US and Freudenberg safety procedures and standards.Maintain high standards for workmanship and housekeeping before, during, and after work, and contribute to cleanliness and 5S adherence in shared areas.Contribute to rotating on-call duties providing maintenance expertise and hands-on support when needed.Provide skills training to other maintenance personnel to enhance equipment reliability and safety.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
