IT Technician I - TechZone Position Information: Posting Number: 20245187V, Position Title: IT Technician I - TechZone, Eligibility: Work study preferred but open to all students, Semester: 2024-2025 Academic Year, Location: Villanova, Department: Technology Support Services. Job Description Summary: Provide first-level help desk support to maintain all UNIT-supported systems, consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems, assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions, and log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system. Requirements: Technical knowledge to support IT infrastructure, excellent written and oral communication skills, and excellent customer service skills. Additional Information: This is a Summer, Fall, and Spring position. UNIT will provide all training. A current driver's license is required to obtain golf cart certification. Physical demands include occasionally lifting 50lbs. The wage rate is $11.25. Closing Date: 06/01/2025.
