AG / Farm Equipment Technician

Location: Alamosa, CO
Pay: $32–$45/hour (flexible for the right experience)
Type: Full-Time | Hourly + Paid Overtime + Full Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on problem solving, and is interested in a stable, long-term career in ag equipment .

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hybrid shop and field service role , supported by modern service trucks (no CDL required) and a strong parts and service team.

You’ll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of agricultural equipment, including:

• Tractors
• Hay equipment
• Combines and related machinery

Who This Role Is For

We’re open to technicians from:

• Agricultural equipment
• Construction or heavy equipment
• Fleet or over-the-road diesel backgrounds

If you’re comfortable with diagnostics and ready to apply your skills in an ag environment, we want to talk.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Formal diesel training preferred, but hands-on experience absolutely considered
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen (required for operating heavy machinery)
