About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team during a period of significant expansion. The CFO will be a key driver of financial strategy, treasury management, forecasting, capital planning, and operational performance. This executive will be responsible for partnering with the executive team to develop and execute long-term financial strategies, leading budgeting, cash flow management, and capital allocation initiatives, and overseeing the development of financial projections and scenario planning models. The role also involves analyzing business performance, and profitability trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement. The ideal candidate is a finance-first leader with a strong background in FP&A, and experience in supporting high-growth organizations and building scalable financial infrastructure. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 3-7 years in an executive finance role. A strong background in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and strategic finance is essential. The CFO will be expected to have a proven track record in building scalable financial processes, leading and developing finance teams, and possessing a strong executive presence to influence senior leadership. Experience in high-growth environments, particularly with companies undergoing rapid growth or transformation, is a key requirement. While not mandatory, experience in government services, defense contracting, or other project-based industries, as well as an advanced degree or experience with companies exceeding $500M in revenue, is considered a plus.
