\n InCare Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team at an established rehabilitation hospital in Concord, New Hampshire . This position has options for both full and part-time and offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with one weekend requirement per month, allowing for meaningful work-life balance while making a real impact on patient care. \n

• Option for a Directorship Position that includes directorship pay

  \n Work in a collaborative team environment with other experienced hospitalists and APPs.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Manage patients in an inpatient rehab setting with a focus on subacute care and recovery.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Assistance with obtaining rehab certification\n

\n
• \n

  \n Enjoy the consistency of a block schedule with predictable time off .\n

\n
• \n

  \n No night coverage required – overnight call managed separately.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Supported by robust nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.\n

\n

\n Qualifications: \n

\n
• \n

  \n MD or DO with active licensure in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain).\n

\n
• \n

  \n Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Prior inpatient experience preferred, rehab experience is a plus.\n

\n
• \n

  \n Strong communication and documentation skills.\n

\n
