Ourteam is located in a beautiful, state-of-the-art space at the FPN Cardiology Crown Point. Physician will join a large group with continuous growth. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Flexible, full-time schedule Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:4 Required to cover 13 weekends per year Average outpatient volume: 8 -12 patients per day Average inpatient volume: varies Potential for surrounding area outreach State-of-the-art labs: Phillips systems which include the Flex vision screens with the most updated software package including clarity software and availability of nine data out ports providing connection to TEE/CCTA's images on the Flex vision screens Nurse Practitioner support Telehealth is offered Strong mentorship within group Collegial team Common Diagnoses: Abnormalities of Heart Rhythm Atrial Fibrillation Cardiac Arrhythmias Chest Pain Heart Failure Procedures: Cardiac angioplasty and stent placement, including drug eluting stents Rotational Atherectomy Carotid Stenting Peripheral Vascular Procedures Onsite Equipment for Testing EKG Exercise Stress Equipment Holter Monitoring WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana.
